Financial Technology Consultancy Services Ltd (FTCS) was founded in 2020 with a single mission: to enable Financial Institutions to operate more effectively in an over-competitive marketplace. Over time the business has evolved, responding to the ever-changing financial marketplace, to cover areas such as compliance, company formation/regulation and M&A.

Our core business still remains, working with the best of breed technical vendors.   We offer solutions ranging from trading, to onboarding, to compliance and operate globally with customers, ranging from start-up companies to established global players.

For the brokers and financial institutions, FTCS offers a consultancy service where we help pair technology and solutions to their specific requirements.  This now includes a start-up consultancy, where we provide planning services and advice for new brokerages setting up.

In 2024, we launched a 'Broker in a Box' solution through which a start-up broker can purchase everything they need for their new brokerage in a single package.  This includes company formation, application for regulation, platform, bridging and back office/CRM. This is a fully managed service, reducing the initial requirement to hire support staff etc., enabling the broker a swift set-up with minimal cost. Using our ‘Broker in a Box’ solution a new brokerage could be offering services to their clients in under a month.

The compliance side of the business goes from strength to strength, allowing us to provide compliance consultancy services for applying for new on-shore and off-shore licences. Our services include being able to do Due Diligence and Change in Control (CiC) applications. We are also able to provide various compliance technology solutions.
